Setting Up Duo MFA (IT Staff and Select Roles)

Duo MFA is used only by IT staff and a small number of select roles (primarily for systems that integrate with Duo, such as NetSuite). If you are a general PBR staff member, please use Microsoft Authenticator instead — see Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator.

Setup Steps

    Contact the IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@pbr.ithelpdesk@pbr.org.au andto request fora theDuo DUO enrollmentenrolment email if you have not already received thisone email in your inbox.

    Download the Duo Mobile from your app store on your mobilephone device.from Thisthe deviceApp isStore where(iPhone) or Google Play (Android) Open the enrolment email on a computer or tablet and click the enrolment link Follow the on-screen prompts to link your phone to your Duo account When prompted, scan the QR code with the Duo Mobile app Complete the setup — you will receive requestsa test push notification to login.confirm it is working

    Using Duo

    3)When Yousigning can then click the link in the email to enroll. This can be done oninto a tablet,Duo-protected phonesystem or(such youras computer.

    4) Now follow the prompts through the installation.
