How To: Cancel an Annual Pass booking

    this cannot Gobe done within the portal. The user will need to Dashboard and usecontact the arrowCSC toand drop downhave the booking youmanually wishcancelled. toYou cancelcan then select edit.

     Select Cancel Booking and enter a reasonsearch for the cancellation.booking with their name or booking reference which can be found on the Annual Pass Dashboard by the user.
