Log into Thingsboard https://pbr-iot-1:8080/login

Use Matt Williams account (1Password)

Go to Rule Chains, 

if you open any of the Rule Chains

on the second last point of the chain, click on the blue square, it will show the email addresses the alert is being sent to 

when an email is sent to [email protected], then a SMS is generated by Essendex

the mobile numbers that the SMS messages go to are setup within the Essendex web portal
