Every email signature consists of 3 parts

1. Signature

Is currently applied to all internal and external emails

2. Campaign

This is applied to all external emails

Which is essentially the image displayed in the signature with a hyperlink to PBR website

3. Disclaimer

Is currently applied to all external emails

This contains the PBR disclaimer, first nations message & images & child safe message & image

 

For emails external to the organization all 3 parts are combined, for internal emails only the first part is used. The Signature365 add-in identifies whether the recipient of the email is internal or external and adjusts the signature automatically

there are 2 default signatures

• pbr_allstaff default
• pbr_sharedmailbox default
