We currently use Mimecast Awareness Training for Phishing Campaigns and User Awareness Training

MDE Configuration Required for Phishing Campaigns - Important Note

In the MDE portal we need to modify the (Email & Collaboration / Policies & Rules / Threat Policies / Advanced Delivery Phishing Simulation) the list of domains to include the domain of the From Email in Mimecast (see below highlighted in yellow). 

Domains must include

TheIP's reasonMust that the complete list of Mimecast Senders Domains are not added to MDE portal, is that we are restricted to a total of 5 entries in the domains section of the Advanced Delivery Phishing Simulation in MDEInclude

Failure to add the senders domain to the MDE portal, will cause the reported statistics on emails unopened, opened and clicked 

So this needs to be checked and updated before any Phishing Campaigns are sent, be aware of the impact of deleting any entries, as they may related to scheduled Phishing Campaigns
