A email address appleid@pbr.org.au has been created as a shared mailbox for PBRB IT Staff. the intention of the mailbox is to act as the second email address for Apple ID accounts inline with what Apple asserts as Best Practice - this is mainly for the primary email account is locked Apple dont release it for security reasons, having the second email address will still allow recovery.
